Andrea Juliano
Owner & Licensed Therapist
(she/her)
Hey there!
Here's a little about me and how this all got started.

Sensitivity and empathy have always been core parts of who I am. Growing up, I loved making art and didn’t realize I was using art to process what I was going through and cope with the world around me. I truly believed I could create anything and I keep that feeling with me today.
I began my educational journey with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Art & Design, which led me to graduate school for Art Therapy at the School of Visual Arts. Over the past 9 years, I've gained experience working in schools, family therapy, adult psychiatric care, and outpatient mental health services for children, teens, and adults. I specialize in supporting women with a focus on maternal mental health. I'm passionate about supporting women, college students, tweens & teens, creatives/artists, and therapists.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending psychodynamic, humanistic, and behavioral theories with techniques from ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Casework. My style is relational and exploratory. While we'll work together to achieve your goals and develop coping skills, I believe it's equally important for you to feel validated in your experiences, gain new insights, and deepen your understanding of yourself. I am HAES (Health at Every Size) aligned and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am happy to offer both art and talk therapy.
